Sunset Rain 2

The small thundercloud was still hanging overhead, although it seemed to have gotten the lighting out of it's system and settled in for a steady rain. About an hour before sunset, the sun was still above the trees ad buildings, but well clear of the couds and heavy honey coloured beams of light were streaming in unimpeded through the rain. I've never been lucky enough to see such a bright, clear double rainbow before. They are so ephemeral. I almost didn't have time to grab my camera before it was gone...

This picture shows the main rainbow at it's most vibrant.
